Refund policy

General Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lsmproducts.com. All returns require the approval of LSM. Customer agrees to a 15% restocking fee or minimum $15 charge, whichever is greater, for the return of any products unless otherwise deemed defective. Any returned products must be returned in original packaging and not used or damaged in any way. Customer pays for return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instruction on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty 

LSM Racing Products/Logan Smith Machine Co. Inc. (LSM) warrants that all LSM manufactured equipment will be free of any defect in materials or workmanship for the period of (1) year. Warranty begins from the date of original purchase.  The warranty is extended to customers and applies to all LSM manufactured equipment purchased and used for the purpose for which such equipment was originally designed. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than LSM. LSM will replace or repair, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship. LSM reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
